Layla Martinez Owner/Breeder

As a dedicated French Bulldog breeder, I am passionate about these delightful companions known for their affectionate nature and playful spirit. My journey began with a deep love for the breed, and I strive to uphold the highest standards in breeding practices, ensuring that each pup is healthy, well-socialized, and true to the unique characteristics of Frenchies!

I prioritize the well-being of my dogs, providing them with a nurturing environment where they can thrive. My breeding program focuses on temperament, health, and adherence to breed standards, allowing me to produce puppies that are not only adorable but also have the best chance for a happy, healthy life.

I take great pride in matching my puppies with loving families, and I am always here to offer guidance and support to new owners. Whether you’re looking for a playful puppy to join your family or simply want to learn more about this charming breed, I'm excited to share my knowledge and passion for Frenchies with you!

Breeding Philosophy & Practices:

1. **Socialization**: From an early age, I focus on socializing my puppies. This involves exposing them to various environments, people, and other animals, which helps them develop into well-adjusted adults. Early socialization is crucial for their confidence and temperament, making them great companions.

2. **Nutrition and Care**: I provide my dogs with high-quality nutrition and veterinary care. This ensures that they grow strong and healthy. I also pay attention to their grooming needs, as Frenchies have unique skin and coat requirements.

3.**Puppy Placement**: I take great care in matching each puppy with a suitable family. I look for homes who match each Frenchies personality in order to provide love, attention, and care they require and deserve.

Who I Am:

As an animal enthusiast my entire life, 1 pet is NEVER enough! I have felt this way since I was a child growing up on my parents ranch in Montell, Texas. I still hear my father saying "No more animals!" as I brought home every new pet who needed a home. There has never been a time when a dog hasn't been by my side. Starting over 15 years ago with owning and breeding Labrador Retrievers then transitioning to French Bulldogs.

I am also a Veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Thereafter, I became a Registered Nurse and traveled with my Frenchies in my RV providing nursing services for various hospitals in the U.S.

Today, I am still a Registered Nurse just in a different capacity as I now take care of our son who requires nursing care. In addition, we also have 3 other children who share the same love for animals as I do. This passion for animals carries on through them and ensures our 2 & 4 legged friends are well rounded and diverse.
